Welcome to Digital Perspective! By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

Digital Perspective, based in Grand Bend, Ontario, offers website design, social media management, ad creation, and print material design services. We don’t have a physical business location; you can reach us at laynedesignsui@gmail.com or 519-808-9930.

Ownership: Once payment is made, all content created for you is entirely yours. We retain no rights to the content after it has been delivered.

Payments and Refunds: Invoices must be paid within two weeks. If not paid within this period, we may halt further services. Refunds are available for up to two weeks after the completion of services.

Termination: Either party can end the agreement at any time. You will retain ownership of any content we’ve provided, even after termination.

Liability: We provide our services as-is and do not guarantee specific results.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. We may update these Terms without prior notice, so please review them periodically.
