Refund Policy

At Digital Perspective, we take pride in providing high-quality custom designs and services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

No Refunds Policy

  • We offer free initial design work, allowing clients to review and approve the concept before proceeding.

  • Once a design has been approved by the client, the project moves into full production, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Clients are required to pay 50% upfront before production begins and the remaining 50% upon completion of the final product or service.

  • Any cancellations after design approval will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit or any payments made.

Modifications & Revisions

  • We are happy to work with clients to ensure satisfaction during the design phase.

  • If minor adjustments are needed, we may provide them at our discretion. However, significant changes after approval may require additional fees.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • If any payment you have made is not used for its intended purpose, we will issue a refund for that amount.

  • This does not include payments made for design work, production, or services already rendered.

  • We reserve the right to determine whether a refund applies in these cases.
