
Refund Policy
At Digital Perspective, we take pride in providing high-quality custom designs and services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
No Refunds Policy
We offer free initial design work, allowing clients to review and approve the concept before proceeding.
Once a design has been approved by the client, the project moves into full production, and no refunds will be issued.
Clients are required to pay 50% upfront before production begins and the remaining 50% upon completion of the final product or service.
Any cancellations after design approval will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit or any payments made.
Modifications & Revisions
We are happy to work with clients to ensure satisfaction during the design phase.
If minor adjustments are needed, we may provide them at our discretion. However, significant changes after approval may require additional fees.
Exceptional Circumstances
If any payment you have made is not used for its intended purpose, we will issue a refund for that amount.
This does not include payments made for design work, production, or services already rendered.
We reserve the right to determine whether a refund applies in these cases.
